A Nice and clean three star hotel.
The Villa Pinia is a nice three star hotel, the rooms are small but clean and most of them have a small private balcony with room for two people.
The included breakfast is very simple and just at the three-star level. Their restaurant offers a few interesting items and can be used if you arrive late or need a quick snack.
Parking can be difficult as the area is favored by people visiting the beach.
The access ways to the hotel is not heavy luggage friendly and it is no go hotel if you are disabled.
The complimentary WI-FI is ok for streaming. It is an open net so use a VPN. There is no WI-FI by the Pool.
When we were there during a weekend, we were unable to get a massage as this was not offered during the weekends (a little disappointing).
The nearby beach is 5 -7 minutes away. It is however very crowded and it can be hard to find a spot unless you pay for it.
There are a lot of small food vendors and cafes along the beach near the hotel - ok but nothing fancy.
All in all, for a short stay, the Villa Pinia is a good three star option all at a fair price.

Lovely view and friendly staff
We found the staff very accommodating, and our bed/shower/patio comfortable. Didn’t expect such a nice place with a view at this low price, with just a 10 min walk to the beach (though if you encounter too much seaweed in the first part walk along the boardwalk a few minutes further because parts of the beach were nicer.)
As others have said, the restaurant food doesn’t come out fast but this has been the same for us everywhere else in Europe. The Dorry fish was incredibly tasty, but you have to fillet it yourself (not common in US). There are 4 adorable cats and a kitten wandering around the terrace and they might try to beg a piece of fish if they think you’re a soft touch. People with strong feline allergies may want to eat elsewhere, but this was a huge bonus for us because they’re friendly and well-behaved.
There isn’t much else in this area, but a taxi to the center of town is $5-7 (USD). We liked that it was a little quieter after staying in the center of town in Barcelona, you don’t really want to sleep in the tourist part of town.

Large group stay for 5 days
Villa Pinia welcomed us all, a party of 23. The hotel is nice and fairly new, rooms are beautiful and the view to the sea in the distance is amazing. Staff was friendly and could understand english just enough.
There were some weird things too, from the second morning we couldn't order latte for breakfast and they had updated the menu where they removed the sandwich.. so left were only eggs basically.
The hotel is a brisk walk from the beach, about 10 minutes and another 15 minutes walk from an amazing chocolaterie next to the Reef.

Friendly, English speaking staff made for a fantastic holiday!
I stayed here for just over a week with my wife and three year old daughter.
English isn't widely spoken in Ukraine however all the staff at Villa Pina were able to communicate with us. The young lady & gentleman who work on the restaurant were especially helpful - they clearly work very hard!
They have a beautiful swimming pool and are based 5 minute walk from the beach. I stayed on the 4th floor and had a lovely view of the sea from my balcony.
15 minute walk is my favourite restaurant, Riba (Fish) they offers excellent views of the sea. The food is excellent!!
Although Villa Pina isn't in the centre of the city, they can arrange a taxi which costs approximately £4.
If you're looking for a friendly, family run place to stay at affordable cost, I highly recommend Villa Pina.

VERY GOOD HOTEL
Very good rooms, bathroom, fridge, TV, balcony for each room, swimming pool, very good breakfast, the restaurant has a very good cook, prices are very reasonable. The staff is fantastic, always with the smile and ready to help. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but you can order your taxi through the reception, so you'll pay a normal price, and when in town send a message to the hotel where you are and where you want to go and they will send you a taxi and the correct price to pay.
All the staff is really fantastic, the restaurant has a terrace outside where you can have your breackfast or your meal, there is a sauna, the swimming pool is small but very pleasant. IF IN ODESSA, DON'T MISS THIS HOTEL.
