A very nice hotel
I came here on business and was delighted with this place which has obviously had a lot of investment creating a tasteful modern decor with spacious ultra clean rooms.

There was no adjustment to radiator possible so I had to open the bedroom window at night to stay cool.

Love this place!
I returned to Palazzo after 15 years and so glad I did.
This is my favorite local hotel and for many reasons.
The building itself is a treat to ones eyes - great example of fine architecture. I have always enjoyed the decor of this place - a lot of thought went into it and it creates an ambiance of coziness, refinement and style.
The location also appeals to me - it is very close to the historic center but at the same time a little bit off the most busy street. Walking distance from all main places of interest and close to a number of parks.
The main factor for me though are the people working there. Very friendly, caring and ready to attend to one’s needs.
Restaurant is a worth mentioning as well. The menu is quite extensive and everything I tried was either good or very good. Special attention has to be given to the local Ukrainian dishes that are being cooked expertly. I think I have worked my way through the whole array of those. Enjoyed every single one.
Restaurant staff is also great - prompt, efficient, attentive and very nice. Many thanks.
Rooms are very clean and well kept.
My room this time was a bit small compared to some other places, but that was OK - hardly spent any time in the room.
Laundry service was prompt.
The hotel even has a library - I only learned about it right before departure, so will need to come back and check it out!

Great location! Clean and modern rooms!!
Great location, clean and modern rooms... this is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and I came back for a reason... the rooms are clean and kept up nicely. The bed mattress was also surprisingly comfortable... most things are working a 10 minute walk from the hotel... there is a barber shop and pharmacy directly across the street from the lobby entrance; just in case you need a trim or toiletry... I am sure when I come to Poltava again, I will also stay at Palazzo again

Best service in Poltava!
To say we were pleasantly surprised is to say nothing. The way this hotel treated us was the world class level:
- pleasant compliments at check in due to Ukraine’s Independence Day
- super helpful check in officers telling about all the best viewpoints in the city
- security guys that helped us with everything from picking up the luggages to simply opening the doors for me when my hands were full
- cute balcony in the room (we booked a panoramic room so it had its own balcony)
In the end, we had to leave much earlier than planned due to family matters. Hotel served us complimentary tea and coffee before we left, and also gave us 2 takeaway bags of food.
Thanks for the warm welcome, we will surely come back!

A trully wonderful stay, as always
We visited the hotel again in march 2020, just before COVID-19. I've got the room with panoramic view at the 1st floor. The room was large, clean and had a bathtub, as per my request. Breakfast was very rich, as always, with coffee from coffee machine (i really don't like instant coffee). Staff was very friendly. All of us (business visit of 6 men) was very happy about the stay. This is our "first choice" of hotel in Poltava.
