Cheap and pleasant

Stayed a couple of nights, room was clean and no problem with wifi in the room. Rather basic but sufficient. Only problem was tv noise from bar was quite loud in the room till they shut. Also lots of noise from other rooms as walls nots so thick and not a lot of soundproofing. The staff were very helpful and generally cheery. The bar food was really good and you got value for money. Would not be adverse to staying again

Do not stay here

From the first moment I felt that I should better leave and find another location for a night: girl at the reception was rude and not tactful. But it was just the beginning. The room was not so clean. There was dust on the furniture, and also an awful smell in the bathroom. Then I've tried to take a shower, but I couldn't cause the water was barely warm. And you won't find a hairdryer there too. And another thing was Wi-Fi. It was hardly working time to time. So don't expect to stay online while at this hotel.
The only good thing was - clean and white linens.
And this one actually is not the cheapest variant in the city. And it is situated not so close to the city center (relatively to Poltava sizes).
It was one of the worst experience for me.

Если хотите конфиденциальности, не селитесь. Смотрят, кто и с кем приехал с уходом информации заинтересованным лицам. Что для любого отеля недопустимо. Телевизор в номере не работал. Ресепшен - дружелюбный.

Впечатление двоякое.

Останавливался в данном отеле на 3 ночи,впечатление двоякое."+"только кафе со вкусной едой.
Из минусов:1.В душе меня встретил то-ли прусак,то-ли очень на него похожий жук.
2.Дабы покупаться с дороги нужно включать слив горячей воды как только Вы заходите в номер,в другом случае ожидание будет утомительным (около 10мин)
3.На балконах не убирают,тонны бычков видно с осени там лежат.
На все это можно закрыть глаза ,как в народе говорят "не катострофа",но на написание отзыва натолкнуло следующее:
поздно вечером находясь уже в кровати поступил звонок с рецепции с просьбой переставить машину на другое место.И все бы ничего если бы не прозвучала фраза "вы поставили машину на место нашего гостя,!"Вопрос-"Кто Я тогда?"В общем в данном отеле не ориентированы на гостя,персонал некомпетентен.Не рекомендую.

Командировка

Останавливаюсь уже не первый раз в этом отеле. Очень сильно нравится их кухня, готовят очень вкусно и персонал отзывчивый. Лет 5 назад, когда я приехала в нее первый раз была практически новая, и номера после ремонта. Спустя года, некоторые номера немного требуют косметики, не критично. Администрация старается проводить обновление в номерах. Но скажу так, цена-качество, и добрый коллектив.
