Family friendly, variety of treatment available

Would recommend for those travelers who value tranquility. Sauna and pool access is included to the accommodation fee. Mineral water pump in right in the lobby. The hotel belongs to the network and well keeps its standards. Can also be a good choice for a corporate event or small conference. Special compliments to the chef, we enjoyed New Year dinner, and were not disappointed with buffet breakfast at all. Many thanks to all staff.

Recommended place to stop and treatment

Let me recommend you Reikartz Polyana Hotel. This jewel of Transcarpathia can rightfully be called Area of Switzerland in Ukraine. Reikartz Polyana Hotel compares favorably with the presence of European quality standards in service, attentive and well-trained staff, modern rooms and apartments and great accommodation. Healing water, mountain air, silence and comfort - everything you need to take care of you and your health!

Veeeeeeeeeeery gooooood!

An excellent hotel - one of many in Reikartz Hotels Group - in a perfect location at right cost. Very friendly stuff - they outperform to make you happy! Reikartz proves to be a high level service provider. Hotel is located in the middle of Carpathian mountains in the Polyana village known for its balneological rersorts, and offers spa and medical courses. But you can just come and stay, walk the forests and breath the AIR... the air which we lack so much in our cities...

An opportunity wasted

This is a disappointing hotel to stay it. Polyana itself is in a wonderful setting with forests, villages and a host of attractions to visit like hot springs and waterfalls. The water in the town has a special mineral content which is meant to heal stomach problems. It was also you would expect a hotel suited to nature. No so with Reikartz.. Open now for over a year it is a white brick block house. The rooms are clean, spacious and simple but the lobby is cramped, there is no central lift, there does not appear to be any serious spa facilities and indoor pool is a dungeon. the large outdoor area is scruffy and devoid of landscape without an outdoor pool. It could have been so much better.

Все услуги, которые рекламирует отель, на высоком уровне: персонал, чистота, территория, кухня, бассейн, минеральная вода-все в стиле Reikartz! Не понравилось: на территории отеля Reikartz, в отеле Фантазия напротив работают котельные на дровах - вместо чистого воздуха дым в номерах... Отдых прервали, выбрали другое место. Желательно выбирать номер с видом на стоянку или детскую площадку
