It is best place to stay in Uzhorod!

I stayed in this hotel 3 times while trips to Uzhorod. It is clean, fancy with a tasty food.
Uzhorod is a city where it's difficult to find a proper place, so I recommend Ungvarskyy for couples and business trips.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Hard to find at night. No lights in lobby. No English speaking reception. No lift. No heat in room. No kettle in room for coffee. No water in the morning to flush toilet, shower or wash hands. Terrible!!!!! Only positive was good restaurant for breakfast across the courtyard from hotel.

Well recommended quality accommodation in Uzhgorod

Good value for money: we stayed for business/leisure in the standard plus room initially for 9 nights, and then decided to extend stay in this hotel for 3 more night. Very clean, excellent room service, attentive and helpful staff. Well maintained and attractive territory and secure convenient parking. Good quality and cheap breakfast in the restaurant. Walking distance to the center and farmers market, otherwise taxi drive costs 1 euro.

Never again!

Location is awful.
No hospitality. No service.
Beds are bed.
For this price it is very bed quality.
We took Standard+ room type, maybe for higher level quality is better, but I doubt. For the SPA prices like in Kiev, so we didn't try it.

Good hotel but located not very well.

It's my 3rd time in this hotel. It's nice but located a bit far from the centre and if you go there by walk at night, the road is too dark and no lightning around. So it's better to take taxi.
There is a spa centre on the territory of hotel where you can order massage or sauna for extra fee.
Rooms are clean but without any sound isolation.
