Самый ужасный сервис из всех существующих

Это тяжело назвать отелем, с каким-либо сервисом. Начну с того, что условия, указанные в объявлении вообще не соответствуют действительности (отсутствие питания, «частный пляж» как они пишут это просто перекопанный участок земли у горной реки, на котором невозможно находится, хамское обслуживание), так и закончился наш отдых угрозами со стороны собственницы этого рассадника, с ее слов возвращать деньги не собирается (наша семья там не пробыла и 2 часов, не то что ночевать), так и угрозы какими-то специально обученными людьми, которые ломают ноги постояльцам. Кому нужна подробная информация и подтверждение этих слов, позвоните в отдел защиты прав потребителя города Яреме, нам там дали официальный ответ об этом отеле - он официально не зарегистрирован, не платят налоги и потому не является объектом туристического и отельного хозяйства. Делайте выводы сами.
