Amaizing and greate stay

Very good service room is clean staff are all friendly. Location is so flexible. Metro station is very near and helps to go here and there. Aminities and facilies were amaizing. I would love to visit again. Thanks for the team specially Mr. Ahmed at the reception and bell boy sudip. Sure we will be back.

It was OK in general, but I would not stay to this hotel again!

We were here for a week. We were disappointed with a few things. The pool bar was not working. When we were thirsty we had to go back to the room, but we had to wait to dry, because Inside the hotel it was 22 C, while outside was 41 C, so you can't go inside wet unless you want to catch a cold. Also the restrooms were inside, there weren't outside restrooms which is a minus for me as well, because of the same reason as above. The jacuzzi was separated for men and women(the men's were under maintenance). I'm sorry, I know we are in Dubai, but there are tourists from all over the world that visit here.

Every thing was very good. We experienced good moments. The Staff were kind. ............................................ I recommend it to every one that want to experience good moments. The money that we paid was a little too much. Thank you

Very Clean Hotel, Professional Housekeeping

I have been to this hotel multiple times before but this time the services was much better, the housekeeping was excellent, very professional team, everything clean and in order, the location is also good, close to everything, I really liked it,

The reception was very friendly and kind as they upgraded my room for a better view after I told them thay my room with a "city view" had no view at all.
The hotel itself needs some small fixes, for example the curtains don't all close/open, the safe deposit didn't work until I called room service etc...
The hotel cleaning service is great! I forgot the do not disturb sign in the morning and went out, to my surprise when I came back in the evening they called me and asked If I still wanted room service for that day, to which I responded yes and they sent someone immediately at 8pm! Really great service.
