I had a disappointing stay in first collection business bay, Housekeeping started working right outside my room at 2 AM and continued until 5 AM, making it impossible to rest. When I called reception, they simply apologized. At checkout, I raised my concern again, and they admitted they were aware of the issue but only offered a vague promise to "do something" if I stayed with them again.
A hotel should focus on fixing problems first rather than expecting guests to return for a better experience. Apart from this, the only highlights were the breakfast staff, who were very kind and attentive, and the spa, which was a pleasant experience. However, the overall customer experience needs significant improvement. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed already 3 times in this hotel and see how everything goes down over time - no earlier free checkins (a couple hours earlier would cost 500AED), no amenities in the room - you have to call and ask for a toothbrush or a bathrobe, no water in the fridge etc.

The lift traffic and had to wait for so long to take the lift.
The sanitary tray was empty and we had to call the reception to remind them to fill the bathroom tray.
Staff are friendly and polite.

Room service is very bad. They keep the gallery locked. We requested gallery opened prior to sunset but they didn’t show up until after the sunset to unlock the door.
We requested service to pick up luggage 15 minutes prior to us checking out as we were in hurry, no one showed up. When I went downstairs and checked with the front desk, they were trying to call the wrong room to pick up the luggage. Nobody answered so they didn’t bother showing up or follow up on which room may be calling
