Bed was reasonably comfortable. We were there during a heat wave, no fan in our room but one was provided for our second night. Parking was a bit of a challenge.
For Canadian travellers, not the traditional B&B, breakfast is not automatically included in your stay, check to see if you have paid extra!
Very busy street, bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper and book a room facing the street. Check in was fast and easy.

The stairs were a problem for those of us over 75. The no staff contact on sight was a bit of a problem

Great to get to where we wanted for the day and back

I was pretty happy with the hotel, and the overall service. Access was straight forward and staff engagement through emails and WhatsApp was excellent when required. I would happily recommend this accommodation.

Best stay with my boyfriend

I went with my boyfriend for a two-day trip to Cardiff and stayed here. It was a wonderful place for the price we paid. The room was clean and new, the bathroom was really great, and we also had a cute balcony. The TV had Netflix which was amazing. I definitely recommend this place. ❤️
