We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at The Swan in Arundel. Shortly after we checked in, Harry was amazingly helpful and accommodating when there was an issue with our room. All the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Reading lights are always a big plus, but more supportive pillows would be an improvement. The Swan is conveniently located at the base of the High Street, so very easy to walk to the castle, museum and shops. We also had an excellent meal in the restaurant. We will definitely go back again.

The room was just perfect, really comfortable,with everthing that we needed. The staff were really warm and friendly. The breakfast was first class.

You couldn’t get a better place to be in the centre of Arundel! The team were amazing even when a band I work with (Trinity) wanted to play an impromptu set for all the folks! They were so great in all their service and helping us! Brilliant room and great breakfast! Thank you!

Great stay. The rooms were lovely and the staff were great. Albeit a very hot evening in an old place the fan was just enough. Can’t expect ac in such an old property but would be nice. They didn’t know on our booking we had a child as the third party and the hotel had mis communication but they quickly rectified the issue, just wish it had been sorted before we checked in late. Breakfast was great and staff were amazing
