Bala holiday suites <3

We recently visited Bala Holiday Suites, initially expecting just your average weekend getaway with the family. I can’t help but wish I had booked a longer stay. Upon our arrival, I was pleasantly surprised; the place looked slightly different from the pictures I had seen before, as it appeared to be freshly renovated and beautifully inviting. When we entered our suite, my expectations were exceeded even further—it was so homely and instantly comforting, making me feel as if I were in my own space.
The suite was modern, clean, and infused with a fresh atmosphere, yet still managed to incorporate charming rustic touches that added to its allure. As we settled in, the warmth of the surroundings enveloped us, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. Beyond the suite, the village itself was enchanting, offering more activities and attractions than we had researched prior to our visit.
From nature walks to cozy local cafés, there was a delightful sense of discovery at every turn. The kids particularly adored the rear garden retreat, a lovely spot for them to play and explore. In total, our experience was nothing short of perfect; we all fell in love with the place. As we wrapped up our stay, I couldn't help but dream of returning soon. A Christmas break here would be absolutely beautiful and cozy, and I genuinely look forward to making that happen!

Wow

We stayed at this wonderful holiday accomodation in North Wales as an unplanned trip. We were totally bowled over by what a wow this holiday accomodation had to offer. Apparently it have just been refurbished and you can see that every attention to detail has been thought off. We will definitely stay again. The suite we stayed in was the woodland suite. The host was very attentive and made sure we had a very enjoyable stay. The whole place was spotless . Thank you Bala Holiday Suites you definitely offer 5 star accomodation. We loved the garden.

Nice short break

Stayed in the Woodland suite ground floor apartment. Great location one street behind from the main street. Nicely decorated, cosy, fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. There was a washing machine and dryer in a cupboard but we didn't use them. There was a TV and some books and games. Close to a footpath around the Lake. Close to main street with pubs restaurants cafes supermarket and independent shops. Enjoyed our stay .

Avoid!

Building work ongoing on side of building!
Not told about this on booking and only found out when we arrived to see scaffolding up. The banging started on Saturday morning so we left early.
There were a few other problems, but we would have put up with them for 2 nights but not building work.

Great break

My wife and I have just spent the weekend in Bala Holiday Suites it was excellent we had the lakeside suite which is the top floor it was so welcoming and cosy ideal for when you have been walking all day just to get back and chill. Literally a 5 minute walk to Bala lake or 15 min walk to Bala Station where you can get a miniature steam locomotive. It is so peaceful and backs on to the main street we had drinks in Stori where they make their own Gin and other drinks and it's really cheap we also eaten in old wives tales ( Portuguese restaurant) it was fabulous we hope to stay here again really soon... Thank you Bala Holiday Suites.
