Fullerton Arms

Spacious room with large ensuite. Excellent food in pub area. Park around the back of the pub. Great breakfast friendly staff.

Poor experience

Sadly a pretty poor experience throughout. Bed was uncomfy; music from kitchen was audible through till well past 11pm; the younger waitresses clearly didn't want anything to do with being there, surly and unwelcoming; food wasn't great - I couldn't eat the breakfast - poor ingredients & overcooked, although the Gammon on Sunday was very tasty!
Location was good and perhaps that's why they don't need to do anything about the rest of it.

Staff Rude and No Eye Contact

Food and room great. Service terrible.
Staff looked like they didnt want to be there. Bar female Staff made female guest with partner uncomfortable. No eye contact from staff - rude attitude.

Good place

Staff are professional and courteous. Service was quick. Room spacious and clean, good bathroom. Could hear some sort of refrigeration or AC unit humming at night every 10 mins or so. And the room door rattled slightly when someone opened/closed a door in hallway. No major problem though.

Haven from the 50 kn storm with sleet

We were due to camp having walked 25 k from Port Stewart . So welcoming and appealing we stayed 2 days on the winter special- that is great value . Staff excellent and helpful . Dinner was very good gastro pub standard. Breakfast huge. Only suggested improvements- a better quality sausage. That being said - we loved it- thanks for sorting out to frozen wet campers who must have looked homeless! Seats by the fire were perfect
