The best of the best stay in Bath

Staying at Hotel Indigo Bath was an absolute delight from start to finish, perfectly blending historic charm with contemporary comfort.
The Location
Nestled right in the heart of the city on South Parade, the hotel's location is truly unbeatable. You are just a short, picturesque stroll away from Bath’s iconic Georgian architecture, the Roman Baths, the Thermae Bath Spa, and the main shopping districts. Despite being so central, the street itself remains peaceful and quiet, offering the best of both worlds.
The Rooms and Service
The building is a stunning piece of history, and the rooms are designed with incredible attention to detail, reflecting Bath's rich heritage with a modern, luxurious twist. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the team. Every single member of staff—from the front desk welcoming us upon arrival to the team throughout the property—was warm, attentive, and genuinely amazing. The service everywhere you turn is easily a 10 out of 10.
Brasserie Beau
The absolute crown jewel of the hotel is Brasserie Beau, their on-site restaurant. If you stay here, dining at the brasserie is an absolute must. The food is quite simply out of this world, showcasing incredible local ingredients prepared with exceptional culinary flair. Whether it was the perfectly cooked dinner or a phenomenal breakfast to start the day, every meal was a masterclass in flavor. Combined with the same flawless, friendly service found in the rest of the hotel, it makes Brasserie Beau a destination in its own right.
An unforgettable stay in a magnificent city—we cannot wait to return!

Great service hospitality

Me and my family had a recent stay in this hotel last month August 2026.
I like the food in Tsokkos Garden Hotel. They cater for the fussy esters, the plates are always warm. There are variety of different food. The staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is big and clean. It is suitable for big families. The location is great too, the bus is short walking distance to the main bus stop to take you to main Protaras areas.
It is about the little things that goes a long way that makes a difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you Tsokkos Garden Hotel, me and my family had a lovely time.

Third time unlucky

This was our 3rd stay in as many years, however this time was nowhere near as good as previous stays.
Check-in was brusque and efficient rather than friendly. During previous stays we've had lovely rooms on a high floor overlooking an internal courtyard, however this time were allocated a room on the ground floor facing the street so we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy and the windows only opened an inch so it was akin to being locked in somewhere.
After unpacking and entering the bathroom there were hairs on the floor and around the toilet (obviously not ours and yes, they were short ones!) and the floor had footprints on it so clearly had not been mopped properly for some time. I did advise the hotel but nothing was done and I disposed of the hairs in a tissue myself. The shower was superb though!
This is normally our go-to hotel in Bath, however we're now seriously considering going elsewhere next time we visit.

The room had no view. We were looking onto a courtyard which had a glass roof. We were being overlooked by buildings opposite. The strip on the floor between the bedroom and the bathroom was missing leaving shape tile edges exposed. The wardrobe handle was on the floor. The toilet has been fitted too close the shower screen hence very difficult seating position. Having stayed 2 days tea coffee and milk were not replaced on the 2nd day.

Great Bath Hotel

Stayed here for two nights on our road trip to Wales.
Great location, everything within walking distance but SUPER QUIET in spite of its central location. Even slept with the windows open, not a problem.
Nice old building but completely renovated, AC is always a bonus in Europe, very nice and cosy restaurant with outside seating. Great shower and complimentary drinks.
But the best thing was the staff, I did ask them nicely for an upgrade with our IHG Platinum status and they totally delivered throughout the stay. This also goes for the restaurant staff, really nice vibe. Hannah, Alberto, Ollie, and Emily stood out and we remember their names but the others also very nice.
A couple of nitpicks: Car park across the street has a lot of homeless people which is really the city's responsibility (otherwise nice town), modern decor not really my style although some of it was really good, rooms on the small side but we had more luggage than most people who would come here for a weekend and aren't going on a road trip. Overall really enjoyable and we would come back.
