We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Everything was excellent - service, clean room, comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. The location is also very convenient, it’s easy to get to by car, has onsite parking and is in walking distance from the main streets. We can highly recommended this hotel and would love to come back sometime in the future.

Delightful Sunday Roast
Lovely afternoon in this delightful hotel restaurant. Both Kai and Kim were very accommodating and we had an amazing Sunday Roast followed by a scrumptious panna cotta to share. It was faultlDeess and worthy of a 5 star review.

Lovely hotel and fantastic staff.
Beautiful small hotel a few minutes walk from the city centre and the sights. The location was easy to drive to and it was a quiet location. The rooms are a good size. Which were decorated to high standard and was cleaned thoroughly daily. The breakfast was of a high quality and plenty to choose from. Freshly cooked.
We can not praise the staff highly enough. From the time I booked the hotel by phone to during our stay. In particular they were genuinely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They were professional but approachable. Christina was an amazing manager , we were also looked after by Kamil who was attentive but approachable and nothing was too much trouble for him. We were also happy with the evening chap in the but unfortunately did not manage to get his name. The staff behind the scenes also deserve credit for the cleanliness and cooking skills. Nothing was too much trouble and we arrived during the heat wave. Despite the high temperatures for themselves they put the guests first and did everything possible to try to keep us comfortable. Maybe though the hotel owners could help provide air conditioning. As the style of the building prevent the rooms cooling down. Maybe also a small safe could be provided in the room even for a fee. Overall we were so pleased to have stayed here, and again the staff are a credit to the hotel!!!!

Lovely stay
We had a lovely one night stay at the Roseate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded
