Wow! Just wow

What an amazing place to stay!
Lovely friendly hotel with absolutely amazing rooms.
Stayed on a short visit to Belfast and our stay was made better by the staff here.
Food was pub food but was well done and there was plenty!
Can I just mention a young girl in the restaurant, Catherine. She was amazing and could not do enough to take care of us. Thank you

Disappointing

Sorry to say our experience staying at Benedict’s fell very short of our expectations.
The shower head was old and the water struggled to heat up.
The toilet wouldn’t flush fully, so we had to add water to try and get it to flush
There was an air vent outside the window which was noisy.
If you have a car, there is no parking. We were advised to park in the residential area a block away, or walk 10 minutes away to park in the high rise parking.
I appreciate the hotel is old, but the amenities are showing their age.

Daughters 30th pre Birthday celebrations

Booked the bottomless brunch for my daughter’s pre 30th Birthday. We were a party of 10. The service we received was exceptional. Drinks served as we needed them and the food was tasty. Everyone had a brilliant time. It was my first time experiencing a bottomless brunch and I would definitely book again and recommend to other friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The two guys dealing with our tables provided a brilliant customer service. They deserved the tip added.

11/10!!!

Came to benedicts last nite.hadnt been in a while and first time stayed over.hen party of 9 and 6 stayed.came after 3.check in quick,easy and friendly staff.allocated room 212.was a very spacious room and imaculate.originally planned to come up for the bottomless brunch but for £100 pp we got bed breakfast complimentary drink and brunch.complimentary drink we took a bramble.gin based.it was the nicest bramble i have had! The bottomless brunch i took chicken goujons and chips.we got to drink as many drinks from set menu as could in two hours plus a free shot.food and staff were fantastic.nothing too much trouble.we stayed in benedicts and the band was fantastic.followed by a disco.went to bed bout 11.30 and bed so comfortable.rooms are very warm but a great big fan provided.brekfast was continental or off a menu.i got eggs benedict and bacon in a croissant.delicious.staff very friendly welcoming and hard working.would definitely recommend and would definitely stay agaim

Disappointing

Had been previously and had a good experience so expected the same. Not the case. Myself and some friends were there for bottomless brunch. We were placed at a table right under the DJ speakers. The music was so loud we pretty much sat in silence during meal as couldnt hear each other. Table placement was awful also becase we had to keep getting off our stools for people to get by us. This happened ALOT. Also, we waited 45 minutes into the limited 2 hour time before we even got served our 2nd round of drinks. A very disappointing visit this time.
