Perfect.

What a treasure... And I'm talking about both Brackenberry and Mary!
You'll stay in a beautiful home with so many of the original features - My boys said it was like a dolls house. Very well kept, very clean. comfortable beds (We stayed in the family room on the top floor)
Breakfast; simply amazing. There was everything you could want to set you up for the day.
We only spent one night here but we will be returning when we get the chance to visit Belfast again. Keep doing what you're doing! :)

Not acceptable

I feel I really must write a review for this place as I just don't understand how it can be rated 'superb' or 'exceptional'
I can't comment on hosting as host was away on family business the evening we arrived and we let ourselves in with the key she provided. She returned at 22.15 and messaged me about the morning arrangements - unfortunately I did not see the message.
I was mistaken in thinking I had booked B&B, so I will not comment on what was provided 'on the house' for breakfast.
I will comment, though. on the accommodation for which we paid £85.50 for the night - a room containing two beds and a washbasin - no ensuite facilities. The bedroom and bathroom are in dire need of a complete redecoration and deep clean. Wall paper hanging off walls, grubby old grouting in the bathroom, dirty windows difficult to open - these are just examples. Tired old mattresses and what looked like old family linen on the beds. So much clutter around the bed by the window that the dust mites were very much in residence which made for an itchy night.
Again, I can only comment on the room we used and the bathroom. Maybe the rest of the house is pristine. We experienced a standard of accommodation which was uncomfortable and which we did not enjoy.

Sheila you didn’t book an en-suite room and you booked without breakfast but I gave you a comprehensive continental breakfast on the house which included home made pancakes, a selection of cereals, yoghurt, juices, tea, coffee, selection of breads and fresh fruit. The house and the room you were in are very clean. I’m not sure what you’re basing your disgruntlement on but your comments are unreasonable and your account is deeply inaccurate and vexatious I would say, I’m not sure what I’ve done to attract that other than being unable to be there to meet you but left extensive and clear entry arrangements which you had no problem with. I cannot be held responsible for your not reading a message or your not understanding your own booking. I don’t know why you have chosen to account as you have but it is deeply misleading and factually incorrect

Lovely stay in the family suite

I stayed here for two nights with four friends in the family suite. The beds were confortable and the host was lovely. The breakfast was included in the price and was freshly prepared.
The location is a bit outside of the city, but there is a bus stop across the street. But honestly I would recomend taking an uber to the city center, as that turned out to be cheaper and a lot easier…

just amazing!

Never had such a sweet host. She made delicious pancakes for breakfast and took care of every need. She offered to do lundry for a small compensation of £3. The rooms are pretty and clean and the beds are very comfortable. On top of that, the prices are very fair. Thanks a lot Mary❤️

Great stay! Lovely host!

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Belfast. Mary, the host was so kind and welcoming. She washed are clothing for 3£ which was ideal and the breakfast buffet had a great variety, she even made pancakes. The rooms were cute and clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Next time visiting Belfast you should definitely come here. :)
