Great location

Had a wonderful 3 night stay here . Beds were comfy and decent pillows for a change . Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection and to a good standard. The location is ideal for exploring Belfast . A short walk to the titanic museum and about 5 minutes walk to town centre.

Extremely positive

I have stayed at the Hilton Belfast hotel regularly for more than 10 years and my experience has always been positive.. The location is great. The hotel is within a walking distance to the main city attractions, restaurants, bars, shops. The staff are extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The reception staff are fantastic, Tony, Paul, John, Lyle and the rest. The check in and check out processes are easy and seamless. The staff at the executive lounge are likewise very nice and welcoming, Mary, Stanislava, Karen and Christine and their colleagues are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone wanting to have a nice time in Belfast

Excellent event staff

We ran an event at the Hilton recently, which went extremely well! Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Stevie looked after us so very well before and during the event. Thank you! :)

Perfect location beside the wonderful St George's Market and 10mins walk to the centre. Nice peaceful location. Hotel is stunning, rooms huge with nice toiletries, decent coffee, we ordered room service which was good value and quality food. Very impressed. Highly recommend 👌

Nice hotel. Great location.
A/C in room pretty ineffective. To be fair, once we realised this it was too late to change room so we didn't give the hotel opportunity to resolve.
Very disappointed we were unable to watch the world cup semi final in the lounge bar as a family due to strict licensing laws. A little research showed there are ways to accommodate this when food is being served (as it was). Not exactly a family hotel from that aspect. Strongly suggest the management consider this.
