Excellent location, knowledgeable and helpful staff, always friendly.
The rooms are clean and a good size.
Excellent place to stay and serves the best breakfast in Belfast.

The only good thing was check in as the lady was nice and pleasant from there it went down hill, horrible rooms as dirty and lots broken and super noisy as window wouldnt close. on second night went for dinner and the food was awful, poor poor quality and took ages. better off going out for food!! sadly I wont use again for our business trips.

Take your own hair cleaning products they don’t have any that they are able to find if you need some, and seems to be watered down.
Bar staff was hit or miss if they were good or not.
Door lock needed batteries, so we were locked out of the room for nearly 45 minutes, until the very attentive maintenance crew passed us in the hall and we asked him to fix it, he did right away.
Bar staff very attentive and the reception team were very helpful

Excellent hotel with a great breakfast. The location is just outside of the main shopping area so quieter but walkable. Only a couple blocks to the train station too.

Nice hotel in a good location. I would stay here again. A bit in need of updating but was suitable for an overnight. Parking is not included but you can get a lower rate if you park in certain parking garages.
