Excellent value for money, clean room and helpful staff. It was quite noisy when returning to the hotel, but noise quickly died down after a nearby bar closed at midnight.

Suitable space for one night only?

Good value stay and the location is very convenient to Birmingham New Street train station.
Aircon was effective but room size was an issue...2 fixed hangers and nowhere to put a bag etc. TV reception on regular terrestrial channels was unwatchable and the shower was cold on the 2nd morning.
Being charged a fiver to leave a small backpack for axfew hours is a bit cheao..expect if it was a Ryanair hotel, it'd be the same.

Brilliant

Brilliant value for money.
Superb location, bars, restaurants and shopping.
Basic but clean and friendly staff.

Unfortunately had a poor experience. My room smelled like stale urine . On my return it smelled ok but the free-breeze wore off within a few hours. I woke in the morning with some type of bug (more like a leech) and the staff didn't seem that interested when I reported it. Very disappointed.

Zero customer care

I will never use this company again , zero customer care !: Unhelpful. I book a room in Birmingham as I have a flight from Birmingham, Ilm flying with Easyjet, they changed my flight to a early flight. I emailed jet and asked if I could change the date or gave a refund. Refused. They have vacancies available on my new date. I would rather leave the room empty .
