No full length hanging space for a dress
Hairdryer cable was so short I couldn’t use it without bashing myself with the open drawer but if the drawer was closed the cable got shorter!

Spa walkway between changing room and pool filthy

Good clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good size room and comfy bed. Loved the pool, water was very warm. Good breakfast plenty of variety.

When booking I hadn’t noted that there wasn’t a lift! We had a pleasant stay, the room was lovely and quiet and very clean.

Not up to standards
Definitely not 4-star standard
We booked this hotel expecting a relaxing spa break and a lovely birthday weekend, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment from start to finish.
The pillows actually gave way in the middle of the night, the bathroom was covered in mould, and there was a red stain in the sink that looked worryingly like blood. The gardens were also full of litter, which certainly didn’t give the impression of a 4-star hotel.
The staff were rude, unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in dealing with any issues. Breakfast was absolute chaos, the food was lukewarm and there were no milk alternatives available.
Overall, the whole experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday weekend. For a hotel advertising itself as 4-star, the standards were nowhere near what we expected. Sadly, we would not return or recommend it.
