We enjoyed our stay and staff were helpful. Clean room. But needed some configuration i.e. tv should have been wall mounted and walk in shower would have been helpful.

The Leonardo needs Laundering

This hotel is let down by the housekeeping. One of the two bath towels had clearly been used, clumps of matted hair left on the bathroom floor and mould around the window frame. The hotel would also from employing some friendly and welcoming staff. The only positive I can think of is the hotel is convenient for the Alhambra Theatre and the city centre more generally.

I would not recommend planning a stay at this hotel overall. Staff are not friendly at all especially an older gentleman who sits in the reception called Joe. He was extremely rude to us when speaking to us and was not friendly at all. The rooms had no shampoo or shower gel or slippers or anything that comes with a standard basic room. We informed them about it and said they’ll sort it out but never did. Out of all my experiences staying at different hotels this is one of the worst experiences.

Management who couldn’t manage

Went with Caledonian coaches and this hotel was a shambles. Rooms were fine , food was fine ,staff in the main were fine, but the management couldn’t organise a childrens party never mind 3 or 4 coach loads of guests. Single barman was the slowest I have ever seen, 15 minute wait for a drink.
We had to breakfast at 8 am, no 8.30 no 9.00 no 8.45.
Never again and I wouldn’t recommend to an enemy never mind a friend

Great but parking is a nightmare

Travelled for work, location and hotel is fab. Arrived very late at night due to work and no parking nearby was huge painful driving around for ages, ended up having to park on a side street and will then go down early morning check out before a parking ticket
