Great hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location for exploring, everything was walking distance. The staff were all lovely, shout out in particular to Matthew who checked us in and out. He couldnt have been more helpful and gave us some good tips on where to go. We ate in the hotel and the food was great. It was our first time staying in Bristol and a leonardo hotel.......would absolutely stay again

It was a short walk to some cool bars and pubs (ie. the area around the bristol old vic), you have everything you need in the room. We've always had good experiences at leonardo hotels and this one was no different. The parking was a little hard to find - the info wasn't on hotels.com and I found it later in a message when we had already driven around for a bit. It is the Gardiner Haskins that is nearby, not an actual hotel carpark.

Overall a very positive experience, super comfortable and enjoyable, with very friendly staff happy to give you advice in visiting the city.

Valentina was exceptionally helpful

I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel Bristol in August 2026. Me and my friend had to stay there after our previous accommodation fell through at the last minute. Valentina on reception was incredibly helpful, compassionate and supportive and helped us get a room. She was truly exceptional.
