The staff on reception could not have been more helpful with a booking mix-up honestly one of the best bits of customer service I've received. Made sure to spend in the hotel and was not disappointed. Great food in the restaurant in the evening, a lovely breakfast in the morning and would recommend the Snowdon Lager too! Rooms very comfortable and nicely decorated.
Will be booking for every visit to Snowdonia

Excellent Customer Service - Great Hotel

Excellent stay at this hotel, I would recommend to anyone.
After a booking mix up I received some of the best customer service I have come across. Solutions to problems found, nothing too much for reception staff on the phone or in person.
We made sure to spend on site and weren't disappointed, great food in the restaurant, a lovely breakfast and the Snowdon Lager too in the bar very nice!
Rooms clean, comfortable and well furnished, easy parking, good location! Can't thank the staff enough. 5 stars!

Lovely location and room was nice too. Handy having bar and restaurant onsite, with little beer garden at the side to enjoy the nice views. Really liked the little touches like the nice toiletries to use in the bathroom and locally made yoghurt at breakfast and decor in the rooms. Breakfast was very good, especially the laid out continental part. About 5 minutes drive into Betws-y-coed which is a lovely little town. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Convenient but not of expected quality

A convenient location for Eryri access with friendly staff and good parking, but in my opinion not at the grade it implies. Our Premium room with king-size bed and a view of the mountain was dark with a very small shower room (decent shower) and although a place for wet clothes and shoes, no drawer/cupboard space to upack at all, not even bedside drawers. Just wall hooks or a short pull-down rack that required hangers - not provided. Bedside lights hardly improved the visibility. We did see an end room with dual aspect that looked considerably nicer, although again no obvious storage.
The bar didn't sell my preferred drinks either.

A Cozy Stay with Excellent Food and Friendly Staff

This is a really nice place to stay when visiting Betws-y-Coed or Snowdonia. The bedroom was very cozy, the food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. There is also a large car park right in front of the property, which is very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of four, including two teenagers.
