Hilton rock

Hotel in the heart of Cardif. Literally next door to the Cardiphian castle. But despite that, there's an access to the hotel to unload suitcases. But there's no parking. There's a discount on multilevel parking nearby, which doesn't stop parking from being insanely expensive.
Rooms are nice, all at the Hilton hotel chain level. I liked breakfast, too. Finally in Britain, there are vegetables at breakfast. And a good set of dishes in general.
WiFi is no problem. The elevator was somewhat slow and operated 1 in 2 which created queues.

We appreciate your comments regarding parking. While our city-centre location means we do not have on-site parking, we are pleased that the nearby discounted car park provided a convenient option, although we understand parking costs in the city can be a concern.
Thank you also for highlighting the issue with the lifts during your stay. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the reduced lift availability and the resulting queues. Your feedback has been noted and shared with the relevant team as we continually look for ways to improve our guests' experience.

I am a regular hilton guest so was expecting the same standard.
Room wasn't particularly clean.
No water in the room, very little amenities only 2 tea bags and 2 sugars.
No robe or slippers in the room.
Pool was a £5pp charge. The ladies changing rooms were disgusting also very dated. Had to go back out in my towel to get a key for the lockers.
The pool was absolutely freezing, full of young children splashing and playing ball games even in the adults only swim lane.
The pool itself was disgusting.

Excellent all round service.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, clean spacious room with walk in shower as requested.
Will definitely use this hotel again when in Cardiff.

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Cardiff. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. Also a special thank you to Rohit, who looked after us so well during breakfast and made us feel very welcome. Excellent service throughout—we would happily stay again.

Weekly Business Stay

I have been staying at this hotel on a weekly basis for the last couple of months and cannot praise the team enough for the service they provide. The reception team are very polite and professional at all times, the housekeeping team always maintain the rooms to a very high standard and the F&B team are relentless in their approach to delivering exceptional service in all areas of the hotel.
A special mention to Guest Relations Manager, Ceri Jones. Her regular contact throughout my various stays to ensure the room was always to my liking was truly above and beyond the level of customer service you would normally expect.
I can only hope that I return again in the future as you will not find a better hotel in Cardiff.
