We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a last-minute booking made at around 8:30pm on the day of arrival for a two-night stay. Just 90 minutes after booking, we arrived at the hotel. There is no reception and the hotel operates a self-check-in system, but everything was incredibly smooth and straightforward.
The hotel itself is beautiful — full of character, very clean and extremely well maintained. Our room was lovely, and the bathroom was spotless, comfortable and pleasant.
The free parking was a massive bonus, and the location is excellent — just 1.1 miles from Montpellier, with its great selection of restaurants and bars.
A fantastic independent hotel with real character, excellent standards and a great location. We will definitely be making this our go-to accommodation whenever we stay in Cheltenham. Highly recommended!

Very dissatisfied with this experience, not a single member of staff anywhere to be found, met with a screen and a camera and a machine that gives you a key, no breakfast, room was nice but wooden bed frame smelt like had been treated with something like creosote (out door fence/shed protection) had to put pillows the other end to get away from the smell a little, certainly couldn’t see £200 value in this stay.

Stayed overnight at The Beaumont in the Out of Africa room. Plenty of parking, easy self check in, room was clean and just like the photos. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great location within an easy walk to lots of nice places to eat and drink

I was woken at 0500 with light coming through the wooden blinds.
There was a ridiculous rug in the middle of the room ..such a trip hazard.
There was no small towel provided..just large.
These are small points..
Overall, l would recommend staying here.

Really lovely spot. The room was spacious and comfortable. Smelled great and the tub was a treat!
