Staff were great and helpful, the place was clean and spacious and the food was really tasty, and the portions are very big, there is no onsite parking but there are multiple parking areas nearby.

Always a pleasure to stay at Telegraph Hotel. I love the period vibe, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is a genuine treat. A+++

Ridiculous room with poor facilities, split between floors with industrial style and dodgy open metal staircase. Shower too hot, temperature control fell off when trying to adjust. No bottled water in room on arrival. Mediocre breakfast. Safer in a Premiere Inn where you know what to expect.

Telegraph is an outstanding, comfortable stay every time. There is no fault, apart from the fact we are not a fan of the change from using The White Company products to the new products they use currently, they do not smell nice at all. We have to bring our own shampoo, shower gel, and hand wash each time now, but apart from this 10/10.
