Nice / Good

Greeted by friendly staff.
We were in the 'wee' room... which was exactly as described , bed comfy, good linen, nice pillows and good towels.
Bathroom dated but all worked.
Yes its the 'Old Inn'... and that's exactly as described
Spa very small... got my foot sucked in a vent in the jacuzzi?! The 'wee' cover must have came off.
Dinner was nice, glad we ordered extra chips and mash.
Breakfast was nice too.
All the staff are lovely.
Would I go back not really.
Nothing wrong... just for the money I've been to nicer.

Very warm in the room. There was a fan there on arrival which was good but room stayed warm all night and hard to sleep in. Breakfast wasn’t great, we arrived about 15 minutes before end of service at 9.45am but items had run out and weren’t replenished in the buffet. I ordered poached eggs from the menu and they were cold when served.

Hotel is beautiful! Staff were so welcoming! Booked a massage with Katie one of the therapists! She was absolutely amazing made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and will definitely be booking again! Thank you so much

Spa day

Wonderful spa day with two treatments and lunch - the spa is beautiful and the back massage was the best (thank you Katie)! Will definitely do this again

Brilliant hotel, excellent staff, breakfast, spa,comfortable surroundings. Every thing needed for a few days break locally.

We have just returned from a few days at The Old Inn Crawfordsburn. It really was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff, very courteous, food, absolutely amazing, the spa was excellent and very relaxing. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable with tv and tea/coffee making facilities. The whole building has a great ambience around the whole place. Definitely worth a visit, if only for the spa and food. You will not be disappointed.
