This is my preferred hotel anytime I travel to Kent because the location is perfect, there is free parking, the rooms are clean and everything else is just as I expect it.

Don’t eat here shocking

Spring river ebbsfleet absolutely shocking menus were dirty I had to request different ones as didn’t want to touch table was sticky serviette stuck and husband found hair in food had no apology and had a slice of mouldy lemon with my anemic fish staff were not apologetic just very disrespectful and dismissive

Great hotel, recommended

Very good hotel and ideally located for easy travel into London.
Large free carpark, well lit and safe.
Friendly and helpful reception on arrival, easy check in and all areas clean and fresh.
Rooms very nice, large, clean and well maintained. Bed very comfortable and bathroom bright and clean.
Room serviced on second day which was unexpected in this modern day, another plus.
Great hotel and will certainly use again.

The room was very cold, when we got into it. Seemed to take an age to warm up. We took our own coffee, I’m not a fan of instant, but we could have done with a few more than 4 sugars in the room, instead of running down to reception for more, in the end we just bought a bag.
A fridge in the room would have been a godsend, with twin girls, both drinking milk.
The mattress was a bit firmer than I like; and a bit higher than I’m used to, being a shorty, 😁. The staff we met, were very friendly

Clean room and easy to find, car park was a good size, check in felt quite rushed considering we were the only ones there but good hotel over all
