Our favourite venue

We are 12 lady golfers from West Midlands who go away for 2 nights every year. We always go somewhere different and it isn't easy finding somewhere that suits all our needs. However, in 2024 we discovered Morley Hayes and this beautiful venue ticked every box for us. We were given rooms on the lower level with French doors opening on to a long patio which meant we could all step out on to it and have drinks and socialise together. We played the Manor Course 2 days. The course was in exceptional condition and we even had deer running around. The staff in the golf shop and spike bar couldn't do enough for us. We ate on Sunday night in The Dovecote which is a fine dining restaurant, (food is amazing as was the service) and on Monday night we ate in Roosters. Food there fantastic as well. We were lucky enough to be given a private room on the Monday night to set up our prize table for the golf competition so our celebrations didn't impact on other hotel guests.
We also met one of the owners that year. He was very welcoming and always checked that everything was ok with us. All of these experiences resulted in us re booking for 2025 and we have just been for our 2026 visit which was our 20th Anniversary. Now about to rebook for 2027. I honestly don't think we could find a better venue for our ladies and it's only an hours drive for us. I can't recommend Morley Hayes highly enough. AA 4 star hotel with 5 star service.

Blue bells trip

Had a wonderful couple of nights at Morley Hayes and played golf. All the staff are so friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. Can’t recommend hotel highly enough with great food and facilities

Hen do meal

9 of us went for a meal for a friends hen do. Lovely location, the food was fabulous and reasonably priced. I had the seafood platter which was very generous. The venue also gave a card to the bride to be which I was very thoughtful

Great place to stay. Nice comfortable rooms with AC and very comfy large beds. Nice setting with choice of restaurants onsite and great golfing facilities

Well worth it.

Just returned from MH after celebrating my wife's 80th birthday with 25 guests in the Dovecote restaurant. Couldn't fault it, everyone had a good time. We stayed the night as did several other attendees to the tea party, again excellent.
Not cheap but good value. Of particular interest was the breakfast. Breakfast bar for yoghurt/cereal but a cooked option to follow. Even good hotels seem to be unable to provide this. I'm not a big breakfaster, but took the opportunity to break habit on this occasion.Well done everyone.
