The best place ever

Would highly recommend!!!!! Location was amazing as it wasn’t far from the shops, they were very accommodating as they let us keep our bags at reception before check in. The rooms were top tier amazingly designed, all colour coordinated, very clean and great options of breakfast and town tour also!

Such a wonderful and friendly stay!

We got upgraded to the Ella Fitzgerald room and it was absolutely lovely. Emmett (I hope I got the spelling right, apologies!) was fantastic and super helpful. He also gave us tips for food and things to do in Derry the next day.
Super comfy bed, small but efficient and very clean bathroom. Lovely garden area where we had an amazing breakfast through their breafast delivery. Free snacks and drinks were included and though I didnt have anything, my partner enjoyed his chocolates. Completely functioning kitchen that would be very handy for a longer stay.
Excellent location, quite and a 10-12 min walk to the city centre.

Reservation cancelled

Reservation cancelled for no good reason. Reason given "invalid credit card" which was a nonsense. The card had already been re entered on booking.com as requested and accepted. A 2nd reservation confirmation having been issued before a mysterious cancellation took place without reference to me. The Jazz House proved impossible to contact. They don't answer phones or respond to messages. Booking.com have been no help either. Their complaints system is a joke. I've submitted details to them and phoned them several times (I've been cut-off twice). They stance is to throw it back to the property, who are unwilling to engage. I would not recommend booking the Jazz House in Derry for your stay. If you do I wish you the best of luck. Also from a personal point of view I'll never use Booking.com again. They are not interested in your reservation if anything goes wrong.

Beautiful house, Comfortable beds & Spotlessly clean!

I could not fault the jazz house. There was someone there to meet us on arrival and take us through the house, there was cereal and milk in the kitchen for us, fresh flowers throughout, spotlessly clean and friendly staff. The house is incredibly decorated and beautiful, comfortable beds, hot showers and great bar for entertaining. It is not a long walk if you want to go into the city. We were a group of 10 staying and all had a great time and each and everyone of us were blown away by the house.

Jazz House

We are a quartet, and we were lucky enough to be put up in this fantastic accomodation. Everything was perfect for us. Strangely yet beautifully decorated with extremely comfortable beds, and our own bathrooms in each room. Very quiet and a fairly well equipped kitchen. Set an a beautiful street of lovely period houses. Much more up market then our usual accomodation options!
