Perfectly good Premier Inn and stay

All good really, room clean, bed comfortable and food was fine (sad to hear that Beefeater brand is disappearing and the business model set up is changing). Staff were really pleasant and helpful - they made the short stay very enjoyable rather than just functional.

Pretty much as you’d expect of a Premier Inn

Good location, easy to find and plenty of parking. No air con but that is stated in the hotel info and they do have fans / heating in all the rooms. The room was of a standard you’d expect of a Premier Inn with a big comfy bed and a functional bathroom. Sadly the TV didn’t work properly in the first room I was given. They did swap me to a different room after a bit of persuading though still intended to resell the room with the unfixed knackered TV. The attached Beefeater did a good mixed grill and a nice pint of Caffreys and the cooked to order unlimited breakfast was also good value for money.

Highly recommended resting place on a journey

We needed somewhere to stay on our journey north, and the hotel was very conveniently situated near the M1. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and we spent a very comfortable night. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the room and bathroom very comfortabñe and well equipped. The parking area is ample and there is an EV charging point. We had a good breakfast in the morning before setting off again.

good clean comfortable a hidden gem, wonderful breakfast cooked to order excellent. Excellent service on booking in and out a hidden jem no car park charge how good is that thank you all

Customer Service was amazing

Again had an amazing time on my visit, francine made it so much better, with refreshing ice pops for the grandchildren and little treats bags with activities to keep them from causing mayhem. She really did go above and beyond helping with bags checking on us when we where in and out of reception. Ordering taxis and helping us get someone to help with the car (we locked our keys inside). She couldn't have been more helpful and we are ever so grateful.
