The bathroom shower head had rust on it. There was timescale on the shower basin. The shower screen has soap scum reminiants. Only 1 bath towel and face towel for a 2 night stay for 2 people. The pictures showed toiletries. There were none. The soap dispenser had been watered down. The young girl who appeared to be doing everything went to the shop to buy us a fresh hand soap. The bedding was all creased up and had not been ironed and the pillowcase covers had come away at the stitching. A little bit of extra attention and care and I would have given a much better rating.

The room was ok large bathroom but extractor did not work , toilet needed bleaching , had to ask for coffee sugar to be replenished for second night .

Lovely friendly pub

Lovely cosy rooms with ensuite close to durham very friendly lots of choices pet friendly ideal for a night away

Very loud music until 11-30pm.
No breakfast even though it stated on the website breakfast is available.
Tea and coffee available however no milk.
