An amazing weekend stay

We just got back from an amazing weekend here. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a little escape from the world.
Our photos really don’t do it justice. The setting is even more beautiful in person, incredibly peaceful, private and relaxing, and the accommodation is exactly as described.
Our lodge, Copse, was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The hot tub was excellent, clean, well maintained and wonderful to relax in, especially in the evening with the festoon lights twinkling away.
We spent time in the hammock watching the wildlife, enjoying the views and simply soaking up the peace and quiet. The grounds are lovely to explore too, particularly around the communal fire pit and pond area.
Rachel was a fantastic host, friendly, welcoming and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay.
We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend away. It was the perfect combination of comfort, privacy and beautiful surroundings. We left feeling completely relaxed and already talking about when we can come back.
We genuinely cannot wait to return.

My favourite place

We’ve just booked The Chilterns View again for April after a wonderful stay in September and we honestly can’t wait to return. Our last visit was absolutely idyllic - peaceful, beautifully kept, and the perfect place to slow down and switch off.
One of our favourite parts of the stay was making the most of the outdoor space - relaxed evenings using the BBQ and lazy afternoons unwinding in the hammock.
So looking forward to our return visit! Not long now!

Blissful privacy

We had a wonderful few days here - a remote and private paradise. The view is idyllic in beautiful weather and the cabin is cosy in the rain. The whole experience was high quality - its clear that a lot of thought has gone into this and it was much appreciated! Fresh eggs waiting for us, beautifully furnished, hot-tub always ready to go. Everything was orchestrated so that we didn't see a soul until a coincidental run-in with the owner on our last day, as she was picking apples in her orchard with her dog - perfect!
We will be going again - a last minute discovery this year will become an exciting plan next!

Fabulous relaxing and welcoming place to stay. Excellent accommodation with everything you need to have a relaxing time.

Could not have asked for a better welcome to a fantastic weekend away. Lodges were perfect and the atmosphere was fantastic. Rachel was fantastic too and made us truly welcome.
