Perfect location

Had a fantastic weekend in Exeter, made extra special by the staff at Bendene Town House. We found the room very comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was lovely having coffee on the terrace in the morning. We mostly dealt with Emily on reception and she was absolutely delightful, really cheerful and helpful.

Location at a decent price

Comfy bed, plenty of pillows. Could do with black out blinds. Room not as big as others but for the price very decent location. Noise travels unfortunately. Weird door layout for bathroom, toilet not strong flushing. Shower decent. Would stay again.

A good experience

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean with good view. The location of the hotel is also good. It is close to two train stations, several restaurants, a co-op, and major attractions, which makes my stay in Exeter a lovely memory.

Convenient central location

I would have preferred a more straightforward TV and breakfast included. Also there was a stain on the bathroom windowsill. However I appreciated the restaurant recommendations, especially for Hub Box, and the environmentally friendly soap and shower gel dispensers.

Lovely room with amazing location

Amazing stay here at the Bendene townhouse. Location is perfect with being so close to the station (exeter central) and the city centre with all the restaurants. Staff were so lovely on arrival and we had a king sized bed with an ensuite!! Would definitely go again.
