Comfortable stay at Premier J29, M5!
Another nice, uncomplicated stay at the Premier Inn at J29, M5; good service, comfy bed and Wi-Fi - good food choices, though the chain of associated restaurants is going through a redesign and access changes in the near future, it seems likely to continue in a different form. We have been here several times, each a success.

Shocking
First room smelt like damp dog so was moved to another room . Bed like ironing board so my back and sides are killing and hardly any sleep . Only one of each flavor tea teabags and one coffee pod . Paid for premmier plus room shocking . The boy on reception said that's what it is with the tea bags . Air conditioner was making stupid noises .

A wonderful stay.
Excellent stay thankyou. The room was flawless, incredibly peaceful and had all the amenities we required - especially the aircon during the heatwave! The check in was simple and we found it easy to come and go when needed. The location was really well placed for us, not too far from the centre of Exeter by car and very useful to have Starbucks, Dominoes and Subway across the road.

hairs on floor
Hairs all over bedroom floor. When i picked up my trousers off the floor, a large clump of hairs came with it, and visible on the bed. Same for my feet, when I got into bed, hairs were on my feet. I have short hair, and not much of it, so definitely not mine. Disgusting.

Beware high parking charge.
Good location as a touring centre. Stayed in a Premier Plus room which was clean and quite roomy. Bed very comfortable and enjoyed a good night's sleep for 5 nights. I was not made aware of the daily £8.50 parking charge when I booked. Who pays that amount to park on an industrial estate? The sheets of toilet paper were the thinnest and smallest I have ever come across, so bring your own.
