Good find and would stay again.

Stayed here for one night on my way through to the highlands. Property and parking (at rear) was a little difficult to locate. The property as the pavement is lower than the road and the sign isn’t very large and the parking at the rear as there is no clear sign which road to go up to to access the inn. Access to property via keypad and then rooms via another keypad (hopefully changed between each stay).
There are quite a few stairs to contend with and no sign of a lift so would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.
Large, clean, comfortable room. Well equipped with fan, iron, air dryer, fridge and tv. Bathroom towels a little small and scratchy.
Bed was too soft for personal choice.
Use of a very well equipped shared kitchen including oven, hob, microwave and air frier. Also use of laundry. Small Co-Op shop very near property so handy for groceries.
Main complaint was noise from upstairs -loud creaking ceiling as someone was stomping around at approx midnight.

Treat yourself and say hi to the Kelpies

This place is so well organised. Everything thought of..hair dryers ,iron and ironing boards, a shared kitchen..we had the Deluxe King Room and we're very comfortable. It's a code entry to the property and rooms. They have a washing machine and tumble drier on the ground floor. The room had a large TV,it was bliss lying in bed watching the programmes. And for myself, the room offered a view of the Kelpies.The only problem we had was with noisy guests in room 2 that were still making noise at 2 30am. That wasn't the owners fault ,but wish to point out that consideration goes a long way,and at night voices and slamming doors etc is not acceptable.

Fabulous value for money and very clean and well appointed

What a fabulous find. Beautifully clean and well appointed room in an old converted building. All the amenities that you need and everything is very good quality. It is extremely clean. Very good value for money.
A definite recommendation if you are in the area and it’s also very close to the Mount view Indian restaurant which is also superb! Shops nearby as well. Private parking.
