Lovely guesthouse

Wonderful stay here Mike was super accommodating and friendly and took great care of us. Room really clean and a short walk down to the harbour.
Beds really comfortable with lots to do in Folkestone this was a lovely stay we will definitely bed back !

Great place to stay!

Stayed here for one night, when visiting to see a show at the nearby Leas Cliff Hall Theatre. Location is fantastic, within close proximity of the theatre, town centre and train station. Mike the owner is very friendly and so welcoming. Happy to help with any enquires. The room we stayed in was well appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Perfect

Brilliant, it did what we needed it to do , amazingly clean, the pictures don’t it justice Mike is a lovely man and very helpful - this get more difficult because tip advisor wants to keep me chatting for the sake for 200 characters, ok still not done now, ooh think I’ve finished

Absolutely brilliant

Lovely room, clean, big and airy. Our host was very helpful and friendly, asked if we needed him to reserve a parking space for us and gave us ideas where to get dinner. Well-situated about a 30 second walk to Folkestone Central Station. We will definitely be going back.

Great place near the centre

Firstly Shelly the host is lovely and a fantastic, professional host.
We have a dog and it was a last minute decision to stay over in Folkestone. It was the right decision to book the Sunny Lodge
We had the Family Room, with its own en-suite. The room was very clean, nice bedding and fabulous towels.
Shelly gave us some great dog friendly places to eat and drink
We had a great stay and we will return
A big thank you.
