Lovely staff, clean and comfortable bed, great air con, smashing view. Fabulous breakfast. Next time though, I will ask for a room far away from the lifts, as they were a little noisy early in the morning.

Plenty parking £12 per day. Staff brilliant. Breakfast and dinner first class. Clean and comfortable room but bathroom could do with an upgrade the shower in particular but overall really happy with the hotel and would stay again.

Good location and good buffet breakfast. We had a suite and it was too hot to sleep. We asked reception 4 times over 4 days to have maintenance look at the cooling in the room and nothing was done. I couldn’t even sit in the room to read a book. The car park was confusing for visitors so watch out you don’t get fined!

Thank you for restoring our faith in attentive service

Following a disappointing stay in March and subsequent correspondence with Angela in Guest Relations, we were persuaded to give the hotel another chance and stayed again in August.
The experience this time could not have been more different. From the moment we arrived in our upgraded room to a handwritten welcome, chocolates and complimentary mini bar, to the use of the sauna and the members’ lounge, it was clear that an effort had been made to win back our confidence. The reason we were staying in the first place, was to celebrate our engagement with a family meal, which was marred by slow, disappointing and inattentive service. This time however, our 3 course dinner from the Table D’Hote menu was served with friendliness and efficiency. The meal was delicious and tasty.
Once again, breakfast the following morning was abundant and tasty and, although busier, was served with a smile.
In summary, our second stay was comfortable and much more in line with expectations. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely room overlooking the river, would recommend paying the extra for this. We were going to a gig at SWG3 so the location was so handy. The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was brilliant value. We also really enjoyed chilling out in the pool and sauna in the morning before breakfast.
