Clean room but no mini fridge to keep our drinks cold was a big negative for us. Lovely comfy bed but we were wakened by fire alarm and had to run out in the morning. Staff swearing on the street at guests to f*** move to let the fire services park was very unprofessional for the Hilton brand. We attended a function in the ballroom and it was excellent. Food was great and I was impressed by the constant refilling of water jugs for the table .

All good, but my room wasn’t ready upon arrival and I was almost charged £121 more for my room by mistake.
I expected my room to be ready and the £155 rate on arrival.
A free drinks voucher was given, but I had to wait about 45/50 minutes before I could get into my room.

Excellent experience at Cask & Clyde

Great food and wonderful service. Sherry was spot on with her recommendations. The dessert special of black forest cake with cherry ice cream was delicious.

Glowing Up in Glasgow

Hotel accommodations in the heart of Glasgow are lovely. Dinner at the Cask & Clyde were far better than I had hoped. My server Gayle was attentive and knowledgeable!

Hadn't been in a while but will definitely be back

Went as a couple,we were greeted by Gayle,very friendly and chatty who showed us to our table
We had a Groupon voucher which was a different menu from the main menu,but a choice of good options, both got soup and onion bread to start,then I got the chicken with haggis and husband steak pie both courses were great,we were served by Sherry who was just as friendly and chatty
Had a few drinks which were a bit pricey
We hadn't been for a meal here in a while,but will definitely return,food and staff were lovely
