Fantastic service from the staff, great place to stay. Only slight issue was the use of the gym opposite was difficult to sort. Not a big issue but worth pointing out

Clean rooms ,pleasant staff rooms a bit small good for short stay ,plenty parking spaces .nice chippy across the road and cinema ,Burger King

During the night I needed a toilet break. The light buttons at the bedside didn’t work and in the dark I banged my thy on a table and stubbed my toe on a chair.
I told the manager and he just said” send and email”. I did and after resending got a reply saying the lights worked!
The point is they didn’t for me!

It is good for what it is, a cheap hotel with parking. The air cooler/heater was annoying as it automatically turns to heating when it is below 20C outside, no matter how warm the room is, and the room was very hot as the window barely opened. No kettle in the room is not great

Staff are great here. Location is a plus as well....literally 15 minutes walk from centre of Glasgow. Car parking a definite plus here as well.....its free and really easy as you are right outside/underneath the hotel.
