There was one working toilet on the floor. The room Was hot so we had to keep the window open and the noise outside would periodically wake us up. The bed mattress had discernible springs but wasn't terrible. The communal bathroom set up was odd - tons of showers but only one toilet.

INSANELY LOUD DO NOT MAKE OUR MISTAKE!

We paid 200 GPB for a room that literally vibrated from the nightclub that is part of the hotel until 2am. I cannot emphasise enough how bad it was. The showers were also a bit gross - I chose not to use them. I don't just want my money back, I want compensation for pain and suffering!

Expensive for no reason

It's expensive for no reason.No ,this should not be that expensive as is bunked beds.I dont know what other algorithm forces and data sharing going on when booking ,but this should not cost more than £10-15 per night , ever!

The bed looked a bit untidy when I arrived, but it was okay. The room had an unpleasant smell, probably due to another guest. The bathrooms were clean and well-equipped, and the staff were very quick and helpful. The only thing that really fell short was the luggage storage fee. I understand that this is how they operate, but £10 to store a 10kg suitcase and a bag seems quite expensive.
