Calm & Charm!
Super service! Thanks to ALL the Team at PI Gravesend. We Stayed two nights and great Evening and Breakfast meals. Great Housekeeping too! Slept well as well! Thank you!

Excellent Service and Clean Rooms, but Air‑Con Would Improve the Stay.
My stay at Premier Inn was very positive overall. The atmosphere was great, the room was better than expected, and the service throughout was excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything running smoothly.
The room exceeded expectations — comfortable, tidy, and well‑presented.
Cleanliness was exceptionally good, with everything spotless from the bathroom to the bedding. Noise levels were reasonable, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Good value for money. The quality of the room, service, and comfort matched the price well. One thing that would improve the stay is the lack of air conditioning.
During high temperatures, especially on the top floor, customers really need a way to cool down properly. An air‑conditioning unit would have helped me sleep better and made the room more comfortable in the heat.
A clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service and good value. If the location were closer to key amenities — and if air conditioning were added for hot weather — it would be close to perfect.

Would stay again
It is hidden from road by an old boarded up pub! Not good first impression. However the hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were accommodating and welcoming. The bed was amazing. There is disabled parking. The water pressure was lacking in the bathroom which meant shower took longer. Limited toiletries provided but i took my own. Breakfast was good.

The staff deserve medals.
We were greeted by Kate at reception, she was friendly, helpful and efficient. It was evident there was a staffing problem as some rooms had to be swapped to "finished ones " to accomodate guests arriving. The team on today deserve a medal. To work in this heat getting rooms ready while keeping cheerful is no mean feat, especially if short of staff. Kate and the staff working this afternoon are an asset to Premier Inn. Our room is clean and just what we booked.

nice hotel for a stop over
We stopped here overnight during a trip and also booked the Meal Deal (dinner and breakfast). It was our first time here and we were initially surprised when turning onto the site (the remains of the old hotel building)… to our relief, the new hotel building is located just behind it.
The room was clean and quiet, and you don’t hear anything from the busy road nearby. Both the dinner and the English breakfast were good, and the staff at reception as well as in the restaurant were friendly.
We would choose this hotel again as a stopover on future trips. It is conveniently located close to the A2 (e.g. for Dartford Crossing or Folkestone/Dover).
