We loved our stay at the Dabbling Duck. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room perfect and property in a gorgeous location.

Good:
- Lovely, pretty little village
- Fresh milk to use for tea
- Nice furniture in room
- The lady who showed me your our room seemed pleasant
Not good:
- The other staff we encountered were unfriendly, particularly a lady who seemed very stressed and appeared to be in charge of the food in the restaurant and the guy running the pizza barn
- Our en-suite bathroom stank of damp or possibly a dirty drain smell from the slow draining sink. It was very unpleasant
- The duvet cover on the single bed was very hard like it had just come out of the packet
- The mattress on the single bed wasn’t so comfortable

Lovely friendly pub to stay at. The food was totally amazing and well worth another visit. The only let down was the lack of wifi and when I enquired about it I was told "well you're in Norfolk now love"

Nice garden but not enough options

This is a really lovely building with a nice barn conversion and garden but unfortunately we had to mark it down as options for vegetarians and vegans just so limited. We ended up only having drinks each then leaving to go elsewhere for lunch, we would had ordered even simple chips but that was advertised as in beef dripping such a shame cause we had really worked up an appetite after our walk

Great place to stay

Great stay here. Room was huge with roll top tub in bathroom. Comfy large bed. A lovely room to relax in. Quiet and overlooking the village green. The pub and restaurant were buzzing and busy and the food was very good. All staff were friendly and helpful.
