Next time you have a race event on please inform all who are staying of the temporary, not user friendly, parking arrangements.
Very unhelpful for those arriving during the event.
Breakfast was bland at best. How someone can take the taste of bacon out of bacon I'll never know.

Avoid Hampton by Hilton in Hamilton

Sink plug broken. Toilet seat broken
. Bed base seemed to be broken. Noisey when turning over. Eiderdown too light fir room with ac. Breakfast appalling. Dirty or empty dishes on tables and servery. No staff presence. Paper cups for drinks with breakfast. So bad would not use again

Disappointed

On arrival, around late 8pm, found out that there is no more food served in the hotel and, if it wasn't for another hotel we know about, would have gone to bed hungry after 8 hours of driving. Location is ok, but the hotels advertised rooms are smaller than expected, we had a Queen Room with Sofa Bed and Racecourse View and that was small. The floor had stains on the carpet, the shower tray too. The breakfast, not for us either, but that's subjective.
The really bad bit was, i have forgotten my makeup mirror and phone charger cable - did ring the hotel day later and was told no such items were found. The cable, i can understand, being plugged into the wall, but a foot tall mirror with a bendy leg is not exactly a standard equipment for any hotel and rather to big to just miss by staff . Someone there is just plain dishonest and that alone makes the whole experience a bad one.

Lovely hotel let down by poor quality dinner.

This is a lovely hotel with spacious, clean and modern rooms. Staff are always friendly. However, it’s let down by the dinner menu which appears to be straight from the microwave. It’s a shame as otherwise it’s perfect.

I have written to the hotel to share my disappointment with the beds in our room. Both were very uncomfortable with worn mattresses.
Given the high price of the room over the weekend I would at least expect a good night's sleep.
