Great Tasty Homemade Curry

Visited for food and curry was ordered. Really delicious jungle curry with sides of rice and chips. The flavours and spice blend perfectly done

It was a good size room with plenty of sleeping space for the whole family in addition to being very centrally located and accessible to all the landmarks in Ilfracombe.

Amazing views, Amazing hotel

Another fabulous stay at the brittania, we visit 4 times a year, over many years, staff remember you,owners recognise you,a great friendly welcoming and super dog friendly hotel, Amazing views super clean rooms,excellent food a must if you in ilfracombe.

Donot order curry

We ate here early evening after a day walking. We weren’t guests at the hotel.
The bar menu was quite interesting. We both opted for curry. The slow cooked Tibetan lamb curry with spinach was tasteless, tough meat and terrible watery consistency. The beef Chinese curry was tough tasteless and probably not freshly cooked. It was all pretty inedible.

Good overnight stay

We stayed overnight with a dog. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and spacious with a great view and the breakfast was good.
