Very impressed for a budget Hotel.

Staying in Harbourside hotel prior to moving house I am so impressed.For a budget hotel it went far beyond my expectations .Rooms immaculate ,perfect location for nights out down the harbour in Irvine,short term break in Ayrshire and working in Ayrshire.Great value for long term and short term clients.Nothing is too much for young Jaye the manager and is well supported by Margaret.

Well the 5* review is true to its rating from the location to the service and quality of the room.
the room was spacious but very cosy if i had one grip the shower but that was it low pressure didnt changed my mind on the rating.
30 sec from. the station - 10 quid for a ret to glasgow
on train night life spot on and 2 min walk and next to a shopping centre. free parking next to hotel
honestly coming again and coming with my mrs
my son left my charger in room and the lady said she will post upon her return from hospital
and yes dont serve food but a wetherspoons over road for bfast spot on even food etc including all your fav take aways in 5 min walk

Myself and my partner had a great experience loved every minute
Was luxury in every sense
Owner Jaye was so welcoming and accommodating

Everything We Wanted.. Totally Recommend

This wee budget Hotel gave us (me and the teenager) everything we wanted and a wee bit more. It's in a brilliant location for travelling to or onwards, or, like us, visiting friends that we didn't want to intrude on too much.
We didn't need to use the fridge (silent) or microwave on our stay this time, but really good to know they are there for next time. Not sure if all rooms have these facilities but room 5 does. And a single and double bed.
Apparently management live on site. We didn't double check as we had everything we needed. Great price for a lovely stay.
Putting some photos up I took as we were packing to leave that aren't the best, but I hope show the rooms aren't huge but they are very well done. We left very happy.

Great place to stay!

Excellent Hotel and great location, a stones throw from the station for connections to Glasgow, Prestwick, Troon and Ayr. Rooms are perfect and spotless. Restaurants and Cafes are just a walk away. Can't fault it! Will definitely come again.
