Among the worst hotels I've had the misfortune of staying in. On the positive side the hotel staff were nice and helpful, the checkin/out process was easy, and it is well-located.
But the room was dirty, had no windows, was tiny to the point of being uninhabitable by a normal-sized adult, or teenager. All in all, it felt like a punishment location that would be typically used to interrogate suspects.

I honestly never leave reviews like this…
The room was without complimentary tea/coffee and no surface to put bags onto meaning you just had to put them onto the bed or leave them on the floor having wheeled them through the streets of Liverpool. There was no space under the bed and no storage at all except two hangers fixed directly to the wall.
The room looked clean but I had white socks on which very quickly became covered in someone else’s hair, so I assume it hadn’t been thoroughly swept/vacuumed. Bathroom was spotless.
The lift didn’t work and I was on the fifth floor. This was a nightmare after returning at 3am following a 15hr workday.
The bed was clean and comfortable. The wifi was reliable and fast. The shower was spacious and pleasant.
Not particularly good value for £170 per night and “easy” doesn’t reflect climbing five flights of stairs every time you return.

Great central location, only a few minutes walk from James Street railway station (or 15 minute walk from Lime Street station, if you are feeling energetic!), the Pierhead and River Mersey as well as Liverpool One shopping complex

The rooms were clean, simple and basic. Exactly what a budget hotel should be The location within Liverpool was fantastic and everything that I wanted to see and do was within walking distance. Thank you Easyhotel!
