Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform The Sir Thomas Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you do not have a credit card at check-in, you must pay for your stay in full on arrival. You will also have to give the hotel either a cash deposit or a form of photo ID to keep until check-out. Please note that due to its central location, the street may be noisy at night. We take an additional £50 pre-authorisation security deposit on arrival. This will require either a credit or debit card. This will be released to you within 3-5 working days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
