Lovely hotel in an excellent location for visiting the Natural History Museum and the Kensington area.
Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room a good size, very clean, air conditioning, toiletries, tea, coffee, biscuits and bottles water.
Window blinds didn't really cover the full window hence only 4 stars instead of 5 but maybe I'm being a bit picky.
Would stay again.

A small and nice hotel, perfect located, 5 minutes walk to the subway. The building is well maintained, clean and properly clean.
Aircondition worked very well, the room was quiet and the cleaning was spotless.
We got the room a while, 2-3 months in advance, the prices has been adjusted since that. The hotel is sold to a big company, that might be ine reasin to the increase.
Nevertheless, I strongly recommend the hotel

Hotel was incredibly clean and the air conditioning was incredible! Staff were lovely as ever upon arrival and were always polite and friendly when I was leaving and coming back to the hotel!

After a good breakfast, you can explore London.

Very good location, friendly service, and excellent breakfast - both continental and English. An ideal starting point to discover London.
