An emergency stopover

This hotel is in great need of a refurbishment and updated we stayed at the front of the property which was very noisy and the window covering was very insufficient
And improvement of pest control as the Rats were having a field day
The staff however were very helpful the cleaners did their best

Worst experience ever, I need full refund

Hello,
We had done an AC booking in your hotel. Upon arrival the reception didn't give us an AC room as per below booking.
We asked for a refund as AC is needed and we had came from a long trip from Bradford and expecting to relax at hotel which turned into a mess.
I would request a full refund of the below booking as we have been told no AC rooms are available and our booking below shows with AC. This makes un entitle for a full refund where we have only given 2 days refund instead of 3.
I would request you kindly look into this and please gave us full refund of our paid amount of £65 pounds which is still outstanding.

Very bad

I booked a single room at Heathrow Lodge and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The first room I was given was extremely small — more like a box room — with a tiny bathroom. The overall condition felt quite tacky, although I initially accepted it as a “you get what you pay for” situation.
However, things got much worse when I discovered a nest of cockroaches underneath the kettle base. I informed management immediately, and to their credit, they did move me to another room. The second room was a double room and appeared clean, but it still felt very dated and poorly maintained.
The biggest issue was the noise. Late at night, around 11pm to midnight, people were loudly talking in the corridors with absolutely no consideration for other guests. There were also guests playing music and videos loudly on their phones. To make matters worse, there was constant noise from above during the early hours — people talking loudly and dragging furniture around at 2am.
